The Dentalinc website acts as a marketing tool to promote Dentalinc services and the services of the dentist. The customer can also use the website as a means of contacting Dentalinc. Dentalinc cannot and does not provide any medical advice but can relay any medical related information on behalf of the dentist.

If a customer is unhappy with the services provided either by Dentalinc or the clinic, then Dentalinc will investigate the circumstances of any such concerns and report back to the customer with the aim of resolving any such issues. This of course does not prohibit the customers’ rights and the rights of law being enforced.
INDEMNITY
The customer indemnifies Dentalinc against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses if they do not comply with these terms and conditions. This also applies if the customer is involved with a 3rd party claimant.
Dentalinc cannot guarantee that the Website is free of viruses or other malicious components, therefore the customer will not seek any compensation for damages or losses that are the result of them browsing the Website, including but not limited to any damage that happens to the software and devices which were used to access the Website, as well as any other device connected to the network.

LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Girne/Kyrenia.
